Nuwara Eliya is a beautiful city located in the High mountain of the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It has a beautiful landscape and a mild climate. It is located at an altitude of 1868 m (6,128 ft) and is considered to be the most important place for tea production in Sri Lanka. Pidurutalagala, the highest mountain in Sri Lanka is located in Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is famous for its temperate and cool climate. Nuwara Eliya is one of the coolest places in Sri Lanka.
