Mirissa

Mirissa is a village in the Matara District in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. It has a beautiful beach. It is located 150 km (93 miles) south of Colombo, at an altitude of 4 m (13 ft) above sea level. Mirissa beach and nightlife make it a popular tourist destination. It is also a fishing harbor and is home to some of the island's main whales and dolphins.
